Please help Burning sensation around shoulder blade?
So lately for the past few months i keep getting this burning sensation around my shoulder blade. Like sometimes it will go away for a week or two and then just come back. Could it be that i am sleeping on it wrong, or my posture. I have like the worst posture. Btw i am 16. I kinda had the same thing happen to the right side and went to the doctor they said it was a pinched nerve, but now the burning sensation is on the left side.

Your shoulder blade, or scapula, is the triangular-shaped gone at the back of your shoulder. Pain in this area can be quite common and is usually related to physical activity. Understanding the various causes of shoulder blade pain can help you figure out how to treat it, and help you determine whether it is serious enough to warrant a visit to the doctor.
