Having a bearded dragon as a pet?

pros-fun, can be energetic, will chill with you(maybe), may eat in front of you and from your hand, pretty cheap if everythings setup correctly to start with

cons-expensive to to setup, expensive to feed(about $15-25 have to be spent a WEEK to feed these beasts), UVB light HAS to be changed every 4-6 months so that is expensive(about $25+ for a good reliable bulb), heat bulb has to be replaced about every 5-8 months so about $20+ each time, have to be fed LIVE bugs, have a specific diet.

The only cons is they get costly you need live feeders. They eat a lot!! Pros are obvious they will live a long time. Friendliest lizard. Don't get too big. Not expensive to buy the animal.

I want one so bad! watch videos of them.. they aren't very harmful either. You just have to have a big cage and be willing to feed them take care of them and keep an eye on them
