How to apply to a German university as a senior in high school?
every time i try to apply to a university it asks me for my high school diploma, the problem is i don't graduate now i graduate in june of 2016. So i don't know if i need to wait to graduate or if i should just apply anyway.

German applicants apply in July and start in September. If you are a foreign applicant the process is different and you are applying in the wrong place. As an international applicant you generally need to be doing the IB and have a competed German language exam at the right grade. Then you will need several months for the student visa after you have been accepted somewhere.

You need to WAIT. A requirement is a requirement (look it up if you don't know what it means) You CANNOT secure a place if you do not have the prerequisits ( see requirement).
