It's a proprietary recipe. Nobody is going to tell you. The basic ingredients are on the KFC website but they don't tell you the quantity or how to prepare it because then everyone would copy the sauce.

As the first person said, they get there sauce made fror them, in a factory under there regulations, likely it is a mayo based sauce with a spice component, and maybe a chili sauce like sriachia or tabasco. I know here in Canada for there Zinger sandwiches, they have the same dispensers and McDonald's the pump ones.
