You would have to ask a Vet about that. No Vets on this site/forum.

We cannot help you medicate your dog with prescription medications.

Talk all your dog problems over with a Vet? Ask them the questions? They know far more than we do. They can answer you in lay mans terms so that you understand.

interesting, your dog has pulmonary disease?

how was this diagnosed, was this by a pulmonary specialist and what diagnostic tools were used....x ray doesnt show this lung damage, pulmonary fibrosis also is seen in dogs but lung tissue usually is diagnostic. at any rate the same drugs used in humans is used for dogs, prednisone, steroids etc antibiotics and diuretics and bronchial dilators.

You havent added any info to an already difficult question; the best thing to do is phone your vet. They dont charge for phone advice and they dont mind talking to you.

You would need to ask the quack that "diagnosed" the dog with that.
