Why is my back hurting?
I jumped down from a wall, which normally isn t a big deal because it s only 6ft, but I wasn t paying attention to my landing so I landed almost upright. I felt the pain in my back immediately, which I expected, but it has been almost a week and it hurts the same.

not sure. the sudden jolt from your landing may have something to do with it. pain killers or a massage could do it. be careful. with the pain killers.
