im losing everyone close to me?

i am always sad, ever since ive transferred to this school not one day has gone by without a problem. i have a group of friends and at the starting of the year we were really close but now everyone is drifting apart,an dim really unhappy about this. ive arranged a time for us to have a BBQ at my house but i still feeel like we r all drifting apart and idk what to do,,,my heart is sinking
