It has NOT been FOUND anything, as it hasn't gone all the way through the courts.

MOST Americans agree with Obama that people who have been living here, working and contributing, should be allowed to become documented, and have a path to citizenship.

They SHOULD go back to the country they came from and if they TRULY want to become US Citizens, they can try to obtain the right to LEGAL immigration. But MOST of them will continue to lie, cheat and steal someone else's identity in order to remain here illegally.
