are religious people brainwashed?

They were raised since birth to believe in something based off their upbringing. If they were born in let's say India, they would be brainwashed into believing Hinduism...all the same just different types of brainwashing

    You don't know what you are talking about . I didn't grow up in a particularly religious household. I accepted Christ when I was 26. Reading the truth opened up my eyes and answered a lot of questions I had about life.
