Why can't I get my Bird Questions to go in the Bird Section?
Twice, now, I have asked Canary Bird questions, and it says my questions are in the Pets > Bird section. Yet, when I look there, my questions don't show up? Why Not?? I have Windows 7 and Firefox (current version). I ask my question in the Pets > Birds section.

Looking at your profile, you are not asking formal questions in the title and that hurts when the system tries to place your question. Always start with who, what, when, where, or why. Second, you are asking questions about "singing" and that keyword will shoot a question into music every time since that is where 99.9% want to go. Try using the term "chirping" instead. It is your keywords used that direct the questions. Now, it is possible that your questions do go there, but a "bird lover" is moving them for some reason.
