Blood in poop?
I have pooping out blood for a few weeks now and after I go #2 I feel unsatisfied, the blood in bright red and I feel like it came from a anus tear not inside my colon, can this be a sign of colon cancer?

Doesn't have to be; can be a rectal tear, a fissure or a hemorrhoid. Being seen is the only way to make a definitive diagnosis.
