What do you mean the dash cluster illumination lights work with the "Parking" light 'setting'?? The lights will not working with the headlights on because either the "Rheostat" has been adjusted to the left by turning the rheostat knob. Turning the knob to the right will increase the light illumination intensity.

Or the rheostat is defected and need to be replaced. If you prefer, I can send the three or four pages of the dash cluster illumination circuit, parts/component, points location diagrams to you for your using/ viewing. I can only include one as that's all YA allows in the forum. Email will let me send everything. Liverhuyen2003@Yahoo.com

Otherwise: Don't forget to close the question. Thank you.
