Any idea how to get into an iPhone 5s if I forgot the four digit code without losing any of the photos, music, etc.?

    That is impossible as Apple are good with security. What use would a passcode be if you could just bypass it and access all the data on the device? Would you feel safe knowing that anybody could access your phone regardless of you having a passcode on it?

    Those are your 2 options.

    Use some tool like iMyfone Data Recovery for iPhone to extract all your data to computer. Then, reset your phone!
