I had my iPhone 5s taken away from me by CID(Criminal Investigation Department) in the military. Would it be "tapped"?

CID? You're f*cked, dude.
I got investigated by CID once, but before they got to me I physically smashed and broke into pieces the evidence they were looking for, then I quickly replaced it with a brand-new device. They took and investigated the replacement, which needless to say was "clean". I got off scot-free. Buddy of mine wouldn't listen to my advice about getting rid of his evidence and he got hemmed up with 30 days in jail and a demotion from E-4 to E-1.
PS: "Would your phone be 'tapped'?" YES it will be tapped. Not only that, they're gonna take that bad boy apart and find everything you ever did with it, even the sh*t you think you deleted. Good luck.
PPS: My buddy recovered from his past and is now a SSG.

Um....why did they take your phone? That isn't a good sign man.... You don't see civilian cops taking peoples phones for no reason, I doubt CID is any different. If you have anything you shouldn't on your phone you should probably expect them to find it.....
