downloading ringtones?

I want to download some rock music to use for different peoples ring tones on my android phone. can I use my desktop computer and download to my phone from my desktop, or do I to use the browser on my cellphone?

    You can do both. You can download on your desktop first then transfer it to your phone later or you can just download using the browser on your phone. I prefer downloading directly on your phone so you can save your time and effort from transferring your downloads from your desktop. :)
