Is it disrespectful to write a fictional story about a person I know who has recently passed using minor sexual content? VIEW DETAILS BELOW!?

By sexual content, it's nothing OVER THE TOP like sex scenes of whatever. Just maybe the way they dressed and complimenting their looks in remembrance by using words such as "sexy" and things like that. I know what's crossing the line and what isn't but I just want to be sure from someone else's opinions on the outside looking in.

Update:

For instance, them in a bikini as I have a picture of this said person during the summer three years ago (2012) after we all graduated high school.

As long as it's all compliments, I think it's totally fine. If the reader feels like you are implying bad things about the person you are writing about, not okay. If not, go for it.
