    example: i am interested in a dealership with your company. please advise the correct procedure and whom i should contact. i look forward to a reply from you.

    Do not "dear sir" the guy...

    Say Dear Mr. (Last name),

    What does "get a dealership of your company?" mean??

    "Looking forward to a reply for you" ... No.

    Say "Thank you for your time,

    (Your name here)"

    Check punctuation and capitalization... "I" should always be capitalized
