My family consists of father, mother, elder sister and elder brother. I am the youngest in the family.father is a businessman and mother is a homemaker. Both my sister and brother are married and settled in UAE with their family and kids. Our native place is vytilla and lives near the vytilla town. My father is into timber business and i am currently assisting him to run the business. We have many land properties and buildings around vytilla. We are financially well settled. 

How is the profit margin in the reliance petrol pump business comparing to other govt owned oil companies.

I have done an online purchase from my account (account no:xxxxxxxx) on 18th October amazon India and later that day cancelled the order and they refunded the amount back to my account on the same day. But I have not received that amount credited back to my account even after 10 days amazon initiated the refund. I have contacted their customer service department and they told me that they have already processed the refund on 17 October itself and they have given me a transcation reference number (xxxxx) and asked me to contact the bank and dispute the transaction as "refund never processed". When i tried to contact the banks customer service they refused to register the complaint and i have visited my home branch and they also refused to register a complaint on the issue. I request you to look into the matter and take necessary action locate my missing refund using the provided transcation reference number and credit it to my account as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

As per our telephonic conversation i am sending you my bank statement copy, please find my attached copy Statement of my bank account from 16th October to 26th October. The account statement clearly states that I havent received the refund until today. Since its been already 10 days i request you to take immediate action to initiate me the refund back to my bank account as soon as possible. Othewise I would be approaching the court to seek appropriate solution against the fraud your complany done to me.

Can anyone tell if the Sennheiser CX275 sounds better than the CX180 street ii? Does the CX275 sound more "premium"? (Mic feature is not important to me)

a stranger is messaging me on facebook, i asked him how do he know me, he replied he saw my profile and messaged.i have no idea what profile he mean.. but it seems like he is from my same college but i am not sure. he casually asking me about my education now, i want to know who he is, what should i reply to him?

I have an iPhone 5c which is under warranty, I don't use a case and the back side of the phone got scratched a lot. If I go to apple's service center and tell them a lie like the phone is kept on turning off, will they replace my phone with a new one? I heard apple will replace the phone if any complaint occur during the warranty period.
