Will Apple replace my phone?
I have an iPhone 5c which is under warranty, I don't use a case and the back side of the phone got scratched a lot. If I go to apple's service center and tell them a lie like the phone is kept on turning off, will they replace my phone with a new one? I heard apple will replace the phone if any complaint occur during the warranty period.

They'll check the phone and if they find out there's nothing wrong with it (which there isn't), they'll return your current one without fixing it.
Scratches are cosmetic/accidental damage and not covered under the normal warranty.

They normally replace warranty phones with a refurbished unit. So the replacement could be in worse shape than yours.
