All our properties situated in the vicinity of Cochin city including some in the highway side.

    Yes, but it is not a paragraph and isn't a complete sentence either. What about "all our properties'? In order to complete the sentence, it would be necessary to answer that question.

    All of our properties are situated in the vicinity of Cochin city, including some on the highway side.
