Wells Fargo: how to unfreeze my credit card?
Hi, so I recently received a letter (a day ago to be exact) from Wells Fargo, and so I called my Wells Fargo local support, and they told me my credit card was frozen. I made the required payment they asked, but the problem was I did not see the date had been two weeks earlier than I had been mailed.
Essentially, I was supposed to make a payment earlier than yesterday, but just received the mail a few days ago.
What do I do to unfreeze my credit card?

You cannot unfreeze it yourself. All you can do is to ask them to unfreeze it. If they want to unfreeze it, they can. If they want to keep it frozen, they can do that too.
