My best friend and I had the same weird dream, what does it mean?

Okay so last night I dreamt I was pregnant. 9 months pregnant and it just felt so real. I mean, I remember lifting my shirt and stroking my huge hard tummy. My mom took me to a midwife when I was due, I even measured how far my cervix had dilated and I eventually gave birth. I actually felt the pain and everything. Then I told my best friend right after waking up and she said "You might not believe me here, but I had the exact same dream" but in hers she didn't want to keep the baby. She even tried to just slit herself open., and well let's just say for her it was a nightmare and for me, I woke up actually wanting to be pregnant. The thing is we've never really talked about this so it couldn't have been our brains over-processing a conversation or anything...so what did our dreams mean?
