Is it possible to be mixed/multiracial with seven various ethnicities in your genetics?

For example, say a girl is mixed of Mexican, Filipino, Italian, Irish, Polish, Chinese and Vietnamese? I have an understanding that it s possible - a lot of people have multiracial roots but is such like that possible?

Update:

Also I just want to be sure as I'm using such information within a story I'm writing. I want to keep things realistic and accurate as possible.

Yes and No. Race is something that only exists in the human culture. Physiological there is no difference between one black and one white human. Every single person alive today has a mixture of different types of people in them seeing as all human life began in Africa. So in a sense we are all the byproduct of several different cultures of people which some people called race. So at a certain point the lines are blurred and it doesn't really matter

    Yes, it's possible.

Except you should erase Mexican, Mexican isn't in the blood. If you take a DNA test, you won't find Mexican in the results.

Based on that mixing, thats a person who is white and Asian.
