Why can't I access my Yahoo Mail on my mobile device?
I use a Tracfone to make and receive calls and to check e-mail. Nothing else. Recently, I have been unable to access my mail. I go through the process but when it gets to the Yahoo main page, I see an image of a lock superimposed over the symbol of the Earth that indicates I'm connected to the WWW. At that point the screen no longer responds and I can't do anything. I've done everything I can think of to resolve this issue but can't fix it. I can sign into my Yahoo account from any device except my cell phone. Any suggestions?

Not enough info.
Is this an Android Tracfone? Are you using the Android Yahoo app or some other pop email program? Are you using Wifi or Cell Data (and if Cell Data, do you have Cell Data turned on and do you have a balance in your Data bucket?
If not an Android Tracfone phone - are you using a pop email program?
