1991 GMC 4.3 with no power to injectors?

I have a 1991 GMC 1500 with a 4.3. It has no power to the injectors. I have replaced the fuel pump and filter. Then replaced the distributor and coil, then a new pick up coil in the distributor. The fuel relay seems to work. If I use a jumper wire to the injectors, they both work but put out an unregulated stream. So the injectors are ok. can someone give me an idea what to try next?

    Check the fuses in the under hood fuse box.
