My iPhone 5s screen came unglued. Can iPhone 5s screen be re glued?

My iPhone 5s screen came unglued. Can iPhone 5s screen be re glued? This is a replacement screen after it cracked 6 months ago. Every place I called said it had to be replaced and could not be re glued. Is that true? I had to hold the screen down for touch to work

    It has to be replaced. There is no "glue" that can be bought to reapply an existing screen.
