Is there a way I can fix my iphone screen?

The screen to my iphone 5c is popping out. Can I send it somewhere to get it fixed?

    This also happened to my iPhone. There could be two things happening: 1. Your battery might be swelling, or 2. Your frame is damaged. Take it to your local phone repair shop or even to Apple or your phone carrier and they could open it up and tell you what's going on. I changed out the battery on my phone on my own but I wouldn't recommend it. My screens still popping out a bit but it's due to frame damage.
