Has any credible scientific body ever done a credible scientific study to determine the average size of a 14-year-olds erect penis?

Or 13-year-old? Or 15-year-old? If so, what was the study? When was it done? Who did it?

The question regarding the size of teen-age genitalia is posed often enough, and it is frequently answered with some number...but no one ever validates where that number came from.

No, why would they? Teens grow at different rates. Mine at 14 was only 3 inches erect which is small but can't say for sure what it should be!

Btw, I know you posted this question to prove a point. :)

No. Why? Because children grow and reach maturity at different ages. The question regarding the size of teen-age genitalia is often asked by .... teen-agers. There is no way to compile any meaningful statistics unless using data from men of equal value..... meaning all fully mature. You will just have to wait until you are fully mature to see where you fall on the "size scale".
