please help me i hate it when people call me annoying what can i do?

i am 17 year old senior guy tbh i am prob the weirdest guy you ever seen in a funny way people make fun of me because i dont know anything in school because i guess i have adhd and cant focus and i am really sad because of my poor grades :( and people dont want to talk to me because so called annoying because i am mean to everyone but the thing is people are mean to me and i just laugh at it never take it serious but you know what if i be mean to people even in not serious way they take it waay to far and people call me the most annoying person and everyone tells me to shut up everything i dont understand why me if someone else tries to be funny no one tells them to shut up just me :( and it hurts me
