Can this laptop run Fallout 4? And what games will it run?

Technically....no, but if you download a mod for fallout 4 that decreases the graphics of the game then yes, you would be able to play the game.
However if you want to play it without mods I would recommend buying a computer with a physical graphics card in it and at least an Intel i3. Although I would recommend i5 or i7

It probably won't run Fallout 4 at any acceptable frame rate at any settings. The games that it may run would probably be from 2010 or below.
