Is there a way to find a s/n number of an i7 -4790 3.6 GHz if it's not in the PC? Thanks in advance. :)?

There is apparently a four digit number on the right side of the processor that maches the last four digits of the s/n number, so I've got what I was looking for. But I still wanna know if there is a way to find the whole s/n by Batch code or whatever? :D
