Can't tell if you're friends with this gay person or not. You do realize that gay people are just like everyone else except they like their own gender target than the opposite. It doesn't mean they all of a sudden like rainbows and glitter once they've came out. The individual has interests of their own. Getting them something nobody wants as a joke to harm them would be ignorant.
However, if they are your friend and the joke is interned to be harmless.. Give them the food they dislike the most and tell them they have to eat it. Force is unnecessary, but it would be more fun for you two to eat it together.
