    My late grandmother used to bake chocolate chip, raisin cookies and bird's nest, along with the usual butter and sugar cookies. the birds' nests were soft cookies with chopped walnuts around the edges, topped with jam. I really liked those, and the chocolate chips.

    Mine are Gingerbread cookies too, especially when they have icing on them, mmm yummy, :)
