No it is most definitely not a casual thing. This girl is obviously more comfortable with her sexuality but all girls are different. I know some girls who think just kissing is definitely not casual and others who think sex is super casual it all depends on the girl. I dont take blowjobs seriously but I dont take sex neither. So its whatever. but not every girl thinks this way. It all depends.
