They did not 'hide' the bullying report. Think about it, how could they hide it when you can print out a new copy of what you wrote at any time? No, they did not believe the bullying report. That is why you were suspended.
Nothing much you can do now except think about what aspects of your behaviour caused this and how it looked to others. For sure, they asked your classmates what they observed.

"they hid the bullying report I made against my roommate" so use the copy of the report which of course you have......... clearly they had enough evidence to suspend you, so instead of moaning suggest you catch up on studying so time you spend suspended is useful
