How does a last will & testament work?

I'm twenty-two and would like to get a "Last Will & Testament" drafted up, but I'm unfamiliar with the process, as I have never gone through it before. I know this is going to come across as "strange", but is it possible for me to request that certain people be "banned" from attending my funeral, my wake or ever going near my gravesight? There are some people who have done me very wrong, whom I believe, should not be allowed access to my resting place?

I suppose my only other question is; is there a limit to what I can ask for for after I have passed away? Or Will most of (if not all of) my final wishes, be honored to the fullest extent (assuming they're atleast somewhat reasonable)?

Update:

If I were to request that certain people be barred/banned from the premises of my resting place, would there be any kind of legal reinforcement for this, or would that responsibility rest soley on the dignity and respectability of the people I were to "ban"?

Update 2:

Can I have anything I want, after I'm dead?

A Catholic can be certain of his or her salvation by successfully completing either the Nine First Fridays Devotion in honor of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, or the Five First Saturdays Devotion in honor of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, or both. However, I would not recommend carrying feelings of revenge to your deathbed, as doing so could result in punishment from God.

You can put what ever you want in your will.

You must make two witnesses watch you sign it and make them sign it.

put it in a place where it will be found as soon as you pass away.

or tell someone where it is.

Nope. After you die, you won't care. Time ends for you then
