The latest "question" on my account was not posted by me. It says, "What's up?" and was posted in Singles.
I changed my password, is there anything else I should do?

Sometimes a box pops up in your upper right screen encouraging you to ask a question. The question defaults to "What's up?". It's highly likely you accidentally clicked on the "submit" box which posted the default question. So, you did post the question, and almost certainly no one has hacked your account.
