Why do questions keep disappearing in Yahoo Answers recently?
Many of my favorite sections for some reason have no new questions for several days, or even a week or so. Or questions will have been there and disappear and I'll see that either they have ended up in a non-relevant sections (example wedding questions ending up in the dog section) or the question has simply vanished. Is someone moving the questions or is it a glitch?
Or I will click on a category and "Your Criteria Does Not Match Any Questions" comes up, after refreshing the page several times questions will come up, but often they will be old, or there will only be 2 new questions and all the others 5 days or more old (and this in sections that are usually VERY busy like Pets)
What on earth is going on and is Yahoo going to fix this?

As others have already stated, Y!A is currently affected by a serious glitch that is causing recent questions (posted less than a week ago) to disappear after a time ranging from a few minutes to a few hours. All categories are affected. It's perplexing to me that a large company like Yahoo! has let this glitch go on for an entire week. It's not as if Y!A is a one person startup tech company being run from a server in some guy's basement.
Unfortunately the Y!A search feature seems to be affected too, as many recently asked questions don't appear there either. The only way that I know of to locate recent questions after they disappear is to use a Google search by category name. For example, if you want to see what questions have been posted in the Mythology & Folklore category in the last 24 hours:
https://www.google.com/search?q=%22Mythology+%26+F...
Clearly it's not a satisfactory solution, but it's better than nothing for locating new questions to answer in your favorite categories.

Its not level 7's; its a huge glitch that has been going on for over a week, no end in sight; started with double points; Qs posted before that remain (hence the old Qs); there are dozens of Qs on here about the glitch but no solutions.

Yahoo Answers, in their infinite wisdom,
decided a while ago to give their level 7
users the ability to move questions from
one category to another. Some feel this
was a huge mistake and are now randomly
(childishly?) moving questions around in an
attempt to convince Y!A it was a bad idea
and thus remove this privilege.

Yahoo is not going to fix this. The whole company is about to go bankrupt.
