If my engine is siezed or locked up it will crank but it won't start was driving on the highway and car slowed down in speed and then stop?

It's sound like it want to star start but it's not catching 1997 Nissan Altima (200204) miles

    I suggest looking up the definition of seized which means to become jammed or stuck.

    Your engine is not seized if it is cranking.

    Could be numerous things wrong. Not a whole lot to go on by your description.

    Check to see if you have gas in your tank ;)

    If it seized it will not turn over/crank so you have this all wrong somehow

    if the engine is seized, then it will not even turn over.
