I hear voices when im sleeping ?

ok so im not a person that always hear voices in my head iv never heard noises when im awake but i always do when im sleeping so its kind of like a nightmare but a very realistic one here's how it goes i woke up in the middle of the night when everyone is sleeping i can see the whole room as if my eyes are open but im in the bed so i start hearing voices about people arguing and laughing and screaming but i can never understand the words when ever i look around i cant see anything but an empty room with very loud voices so i try to run away but i cant really move as if i was paralyzed so i just lay there with fear until i wake up and find absolutely no one in the room i get this kind of nightmare maybe 2 to 4 times a week so does anyone have an explanation for this nightmare
