Enjoy this Q while it lasts because my Q about Christmas was reported a few days ago.We will be having roast turkey & chicken with all the trimmings plus ham & there is a large Christmas pudding which Women's Weekly sent me for taking out a new subscription. However,my son in-law is the only one who eats it on the day but I will have some later.Of course there will be snacks & drinks before lunch & Moet & Chandon champagne to wash lunch down.We generally eat lunch mid afternoon as we like to stay in bed a bit late on Christmas day.

We're starting with oysters fresh from the oyster farm and some sushi for nibbles, then a main course with ham, pork, turkey and salads, then Christmas pudding with brandy cream and trifle. We'll start eating around noon and take it slowly finishing about four for an afternoon snooze then start again about six.

I'd rather have energy to do things than sit around gorging myself and drinking. Will stick to salads and prawns, and fruit like lychees and watermelon. I'm looking for a sugar free Christmas pudding recipe; I think the dried fruit makes it sweet enough and I'll use up some of the French pear brandy no one is drinking.

We're having dips, cheese and a cold meat platter, followed by the main course of roast chicken, ham, roast vegetables, salad, and dessert will be Christmas pudding with custard or brandy butter, tiramisu, and fresh fruit.

I spent the turkey money on another BMW so it looks like we'll be having roast pelican instead.

A couple of gallons of Gravox and they won't suspect a thing...

Planning on buying quality brand groceries instead of Homebrand or Smartbuy brands. They even have color and pictures on the packaging!

I'm just trying to be funny. :)
