How to change your Yahoo profile pic/image?

Presently, you cannot make that change...below explains
Yahoo is presently making changes to their system and the
Profile section is being removed. Some pertinent options
that were in the Profile section will be in the Account section
when Yahoo completes their changes. Until they are
completed by Yahoo no changes can be made. This has
been going on for a long time so your guess is good as
mine as to when Yahoo completes these changes.....

You can't. Avatars and the editing of nicknames have been disabled. They are making changes to profiles. No one knows when or if they will be enabled again.

I don't think it's possible anymore, that feature has been disabled.
