SQUATS SQUATS SQUATS SQUATS SQUATS. Weight squats! Unweighted squats! Squats while you brush your teeth! Squats in the gym! Legit just always do squats. And also get in some cardio, nothing is gonna happen if you don't put in at least 10-20 minutes of cardio of any kind!! Even walking if that's what you need to do!!

Honestly, if you eat enough and sit around all day that helps a lot, all squats do is lift your butt, so try the first method, then do squats to lift it!
