Do people who constantly use phrases like "I know, right!?", or "at the end of the day" seem sort of stupid to you?

I agree. I was watching a news show earlier this week about the Dem Debate, and every commentator must have said "At the end of the day" at least twice. They must think it is a trending idiom, but it's just nauseating.

I hate he ones on here who say '...let's call them Joe (or whatever)'. They are telling their long, drawn out stories of childish scenarios and have to call everyone by a name, that has nothing to do with the scenario. I don't know why they do that. Sounds like they are in 5th grade or something. I know what you mean. Superfluous talking...

Not stupid, per se, but predictable and unimaginative maybe.

But, at the end of the day, what are you gonna do?
