Any advice on how to get swole?
Im 19, 6 1, and 269lbs. I wanna go from fat to swole, never liked being skinny, (although being fat isnt a step up) so id rather be swole then ripped, any routine advices? Im hoping for this to be my new years resolution, so anytging abd everything helps

The obvious is to do three things: Start eating healthy--not dieting, but a lifelong change in what you eat and how much. You don't have to go hungry. In fact, you can still have anything, but if it's high in fat or sugar, have only a little. Fill up on lean proteins, veggies and fruit, and whole-grain carbs. Next, move, to give your heart and lungs a bit of a workout. A twenty-minute jog is plenty, and it's okay to go slow if it lets you keep going. It may speed your weight loss by a little, but exercise isn't the fix--eating right is. Last, start working weights. Pay attention to form, and consider a session with a trainer to instruct you in the way to reach your goal.
You can do this. People do it all the time.
