Youtube Channel Guide?

Hey there guys so i wanted to start a youtube channel for fun and i am 12 and i have many questions if you know please answer it that will be appreciated :D so first thing is name of the channel and the software i want to record i want a gaming channel so the recording is the important one price doesn't matter but the thing matter is the size i need low size and kind good quality i can compress the size to upload and i will without quality loss so the second thing i need the best audio so which should be the game's audio in all games like outlast and other games and i want to put subtitles like pewdiepie does like lol aa....... why and wtf etc i mean not only the bottom of the video but i want to move it too and i very good editing software as i said price doesn't matter That's it guys :D
