it means use a different browser....
If it happens with another browser then contact the webmaster of that website.
I'm sure your not a systems person... but you can skip the Browser entirely with the WPUT command.

And a system person doesn't mean you know how Network works... or programing... but means your familiar with systems and their terms and would know how to use Unix commands on Windows.
