That is a broad question.
If you are installing from a USB or DVD, boot your computer from the appropiate device instead of your HDD. If you are upgrading, just follow the instructions carefully.
Once Setup starts up:
Select English. Select your hard drive and format it. Continue. Enter your product key if you are asked for it. It is on a sticker on your computer, on the package you recieved it in, or online where you bought it. Continue.
It will install for about a half an hour to an hour, depending on your computer's speed.
Afterwards, create a LOCAL account (there are very small links giving you the option to do so). Do NOT create or use a Microsoft Account until you logged in for the first time. You can use an MS account later. Then log in, get an antivirus, and customize however you want. Use right-click menus for options, use Search to find Settings and the Control Panel, and drag and release tiles to move them in the Start Menu. Hope this is what you were looking for!

When you installed windows 10 you have an option of express or advanced settings chooses advanced and use those on and off switch's to turn off unwanted services
I'm assuming that's what you mean because everyone complains of the Microsoft spyware its not spyware its volunteer marketing you can turn it off.
