my ex boyfriend and i had a great relationship, than it became an on and off relationship that went on for over a year. he started using me for sexual needs. and i kept giving in because i loved him. over the summer i decided to stop seeing him and move on. but after seeing him school we decided to become friends with benefits with no emotions, and i have realized i cant to that. he talks to me about this girl Hanna who he thinks is hot and is planning on getting her number. i want to end it with him but i want to make him feel bad for everything that he has put me through nay suggestions on what i should say to make him feel very very guilty??? plz help i havent been happy for a very long time now and i know it is my fault but i still want him to feel very guilty

Just cut him off of your life completely, that is what you need. I know you do not want to but you should not keep people who make you depressed around you; and staying in contact with him only hurts you. You have to cut him off completely, stop playing games.

This guy has made it clear to you that your feelings aren't important and that your only value to him is for sex. You have zero leverage and are never going to get the kind of closure you are looking for. Needing him to give you that closure at all is just giving him more power over you. The real power is in walking away on your own terms. Decide how much longer you want to be miserable. You aren't helpless and can end this today if you want.

You shouldn't try to make him feel guilty, just cut him off and wish him the best in life. Making him guilty won't make you happy; The only way to become happy is to find something that makes you happy. Vengeance only breeds hate.
