If I sync my iPad/iPhone to my new computer's iTunes, will I lose my photos and notes that I already have on the devices?

I'm looking to sync my iPad and iPhone to my new computer with new music I've burned from CDs. I want to know, will I lose my notes and my photos when I do so? If so, is there a way I can back them up before I sync? They're very important. Thanks.

    YOUR LOSE ALL OF YOUR COMPUTER AND PHONE STUFF AND YOUR GET A VIRUS AND MORE VIRUSES TILL YOUR PHONE PHYSICALLY EXPLODES TO NOTHING
